Edit a Disposition

Required security profile permissions: Dispositions Edit

1. Click Routing → Dispositions.
2. Click a dispositionResult that the agent or system assigns to the contact when the interaction ends. to open it.
3. Click Edit.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click Done.
