Edit or Delete an Hours of Operation Profile

Required security profile permissions: Hours of Operation Edit

Hours of operation profiles allow you to configure business hours within the system, both for normal scenarios and special scenarios like holidays, seasonal periods, and so forth. These profiles are used with Studio actions to automate contact routing decisions.

This topic explains how to edit or delete an hours of operation profile in the platform. It is common for the same hours of operation profile to be used by more than one script. If you edit or delete a profile, that will affect all scripts that use that profile.

1. Click Routing → Hours of Operation.

2. Click an hours of operation profile to open it.
3. To edit the profile, click Edit and continue to the next step. To delete the profile, click Delete and then click Yes. You may safely end the task here.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click Done.
