Download a Calling List

Required security profile permissions: Calling List Download

To view calling lists or modify them, you must open the calling list details modal and download the calling list to your computer.

1. Click Personal Connection → Lists → Calling.

2. Locate the calling list you want to download and click the list to open its details page.

   If you want to download a calling list but cannot find it in the table, you might have the Show drop-down set to Active. Change it to All to search both active and inactive calling lists.

3. Click Download.
