Download a Do Not Call List

Required security profile permissions: Do Not Call List View

You can download a do not call (DNC) list to view its contents or to make modifications to it.

1. Click Personal Connection → Lists → DNC.

2. Locate the DNC group with the list you want to download. Click the DNC group to open it.

3. Click Download. From the drop-down, select either All to download a list of all contacts added to this DNC list or Active Only to download the contacts that have not yet expired in this DNC list.
