ID
The unique ID of the agent.
Name
The unique name of the agent.
Team
The name of the team to which the agent is assigned.
State
The current stateThe availability status of an agent. of the agent.
Skill No
The unique ID of the skill the agent is currently using, if any.
Skill
The name of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge the agent is currently using, if the agent is talking or doing after call work.
Duration
The total time the agent has been logged in to the agent interface.
