Start/Stop a Proactive Skill Manually

Start a Proactive Skill

  1. Click RoutingSkills.

  2. Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge you want to start or stop. Click the skill to open it.

  3. Click Stopped.

  4. Click Start.

Stop a Proactive Skill

  1. Click RoutingSkills.

  2. Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge you want to start or stop. Click the skill to open it.

  3. Click Started.

  4. Click Stop.
