Required security profile permissions: SMS Registrations View
Your account manager sets up SMS registrations for you; however, you can view certain details about the SMS registrations when you open them from the SMS Registrations table.
- Routing Keyword
- This field is for use by NICE inContact personnel only.
- Is International Capable
- When selected, indicates that the registered number is capable of sending text messages to contacts outside of the United States.
- Status
- Indicates whether the SMS registration is currently Active or Inactive.
