Favorite a Quick Reply

Required security profile permissions: Quick Replies Favorites

This topic explains how to designate a quick reply as a "favorite". Favorite quick replies appear in a separate Favorites tab in the quick reply feature of the agent application for all agents. This allows supervisors or managers to make the organization's preferred, or most commonly-used, quick replies more easily accessible.

  1. Click AdminCommunicationsQuick Replies.

  2. Use the page links in the body of the table, or the search feature at the top, to locate the quick reply you want to favorite.

  3. Click the gray star icon in the Favorite column of the quick reply you want to favorite.

    The star turns yellow.
