The Agent Info Call Detail data download report (350138) displays a list of all active agents, including the agent name, ID, and team.

Agent_Name

The name of the agent as displayed in the agent's NICE inContact user profile.

Agent_No

The unique, system-generated ID of the agent.

Team_Name

The name of the team.
