When you run a data download report, you must select the report you want to run and any options you want to enable for the report. Options include a date and time range for the report, the output format, and whether to include the header row of the report or to append the date of report generation to the name of the file generated.

Table Columns

The Full Report List lists all available data download reports with the following columns:

ID
The unique, system-assigned ID of the data download report.
Report Name
The unique name given to the data download report.

Reports

You must select one of the following reports from the Full Report List. Note that some reports listed here may not be available in the interface, because you may not have some of the reports enabled in your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx.

1 — Agent By Day
Displays the number of seconds agents spent in each stateThe availability status of an agent. by day. It includes the agent ID and the amount of time the agent spent in each state for a specific day.
2 — Custom Data Report
Displays all variables published by custom scripts. For example, if a script prompts a caller for an account number, the script can publish the variable with the ASSIGN action, and the variable name and value appear in this report.
3 — List of Agents
Displays a list of all agents you can access and includes the agent name, ID, and team ID.
4 — List of Teams
Displays a list of all teams in your account and includes the team ID, team name, and the current status of the team.
5 — List of Contact Codes
Displays a list of all active points of contact and includes the point of contact IDA unique numerical identifier assigned to each contact. name.
6 — List of Skills

Displays a list of agents and their skills, including the proficiency of the agent in each skill. It differs from the List of Agent Skills Data Download Report because it includes the agent name in addition to the ID.
22 — Call Detail w/Callback Time

23 — Agent Time Card (Expanded)

25 — Longest InQueue by Hour

Displays information about agents' performance by day, including their total time logged in each day in the date range specified, the amount of time spent in each state by day, and the percentage of time spent handling contacts. It is similar to the Agent Summary Data Download Report, but it displays information on a per-day basis.
32 — Skill Summary

Displays a transcript of SMS (text) messages, contact ID, source of the message, and the date and time the message was sent.

Select Report Option

Date Range

The default date and time range is from 12:00 AM today to 12:00 AM tomorrow. When you select the arrows to the left or right of the date range, the range moves up or back 24 hours. When you select the down arrow to the right of the date range, you can choose from several options.

  • Today — Default. Outputs data from midnight this morning to now.
  • Yesterday — Outputs data from midnight yesterday to 11:59 PM last night.
  • Last 7 Days — Outputs data from midnight seven days ago now.
  • Last 30 Days — Outputs data from midnight 30 days ago to midnight tonight.
  • Previous Week — Outputs data from the last full week, Sunday through Saturday. It gathers data from midnight last Sunday morning to 11:59 PM last Saturday night.
  • Previous Month — Outputs data from midnight on the first of last month to 11:59 PM the last day of last month.
  • Month to Date — Outputs data from midnight on the first of this month to now.
  • Specific Date — Opens a date selector and lets you choose a specific day from which to pull data. By default, it pulls data from midnight that morning to 11:59 PM that night.
  • Date Range — Opens two date selectors that enable you to select a start date for the range and an end date for the range. By default, the range goes from midnight the morning of the selected start date to 11:59 PM the night of the selected end date.
Start/End Time

When you select a Specific Date or a Date Range from the Date Range drop-down, you can specify the time range you want data to cover. When you click inside the start or end text box, a drop-down enables you to select a time 12:00 AM to 11:45 PM in 15-minute increments. The following example pulls data for the report from January 27, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Export Format

The Export Format drop-down enables you to select the format you want the report to be in when you download it. You can select from the following:

  • Comma Separated — Downloads the report as a comma-separated list in a .csv file.
  • Tab Delimited File — Downloads the report as a tab-separated list in a .txt file.
  • XML — Downloads the report as an XML-formated .txt file.
  • Excel — Downloads the report as an Excelt .csv file.
Include Header Row
Generates the report with a header row that indicates what each column contains.
Append Date to File Name (YYYYMMDD)
Generates the report in a file with a name that includes the date the report was generated.

Generate cURL
Generates cURL code that sends the report via a command line.
