The Blocked Calls report (350206) shows information about phone calls contacts attempted to place to your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx but were blocked due to a lack of available ports. It includes the ID of the contact who placed the call, the date the blocked call occurred, the contact's phone number and the number the contact attempted to call.

Columns
- Contact_ID

The unique, system-generated ID of the contact interaction.
- BlockedDate
- The date and time on which the call was blocked. It follows the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM, military time.
- ToAddress
- The phone number the contact dialed when the call was blocked.
- FromAddress
- The phone number the contact dialed from when the call was blocked.
