Media_Type

A number indicating the type of media used. The numbers indicate the following:

• 1 — Email
• 2 — Fax
• 3 — Chat
• 4 — Phone call
• 5 — Voicemail

• 7 — SMS
• 8 — Social

Media_Name

The media type or channelA medium, such as voice, email, and chat, through which a contact connects with an intended recipient. .

Status

Whether the media type is currently active or inactive .
