List of Agent Skills 2 Data Download Report

The List of Agent Skills 2 data download report (21) displays a list of agents and their skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge, including the proficiency of the agent in each skill. It differs from the List of Agent Skills Data Download Report because it includes the agent name in addition to the ID.

Agent_No: The unique, system-generated ID of the agent.
Agent_Name: The name of the agent as displayed in the agent's NICE inContact user profile.
Skill_Name: The name of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to which the agent belongs.
Skill_No: The unique, system-generated ID of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to which the agent belongs.
Proficiency: An integer that indicates the level of proficiency the agent has in the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge. It is an integer between 1 (highest) and 20 (lowest).
