List of Agent Skills Data Download Report

The List of Agent Skills data download report (7) returns a list of all agents you can view and the skills assigned to them. You can view the agent ID, skill ID, and proficiency level of the agent.

Columns

Agent_No

The unique, system-generated ID of the agent.

Skill_No

The unique, system-generated ID of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to which the agent belongs.

Proficiency

An integer that indicates the level of proficiency the agent has in the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge. It is an integer between 1 (highest) and 20 (lowest).
