SMS Transcripts Data Download Report

The SMS Transcripts data download report (350218) displays a transcript of text messages that includes the source of the message and the date and time the message was sent.

Columns

Contact_ID

The unique, system-generated ID of the contact interaction.

From

Identifies the agent or customer submitting the SMS message.

Message Start

The date and time the SMS message was sent.

Message Body

The content of a single message sent via SMS.
