Columns

Point_Of_Contact_Code
The unique, system-generated ID of the point of contact.
Point_Of_Contact_Name
The point of contact value or description, such as the phone number or email address.
Description

The label associated with the point of contact.

Default_Skill_No

The unique, system-generated ID of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge associated with the point of contact.

Skill_Name

The name of the point of contact's default skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge.

Campaign_No

The unique, system-generated ID of the campaign to which the point of contact's default skill belongs.

Campaign_Name

The name of the campaignA grouping of skills used to run reports. to which the point of contact's default skill belongs.

Media_Type

A number indicating the type of media used. The numbers indicate the following:

Media_Name

The media type or channelA medium, such as voice, email, and chat, through which a contact connects with an intended recipient. of the point of contact.

Script_ID

The unique, system-generated ID associated with the script assigned to the point of contact.

Script_Name

The path and name of the script assigned to the point of contact.

Script_Date

The date and time the script assigned to the point of contact was last modified. It follows the format MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM, military time.
