Activate/Deactivate a Skill
Required security profile permissions: Skills Deactivate
Activate a Skill

Click Routing → Skills.

Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge you want to activate and click to open it. If you cannot find the skill you want to activate, change the Show drop-down to All.

Click Activate.
Deactivate aSkill

Click Routing → Skills.

Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge you want to deactivate and click to open it. If you cannot find the skill you want to deactivate, change the Show drop-down to All.
If you are deactivating a Personal Connection skill, you must first stop the skill if it is running.

Click Deactivate.
