Add/Remove Tags from a Skill

Required security profile permissions: Tags Edit and Tags Edit

Add Tags to a Skill

 

1. Click Routing → Skills.

2. Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to which you want to add tags. Click the skill to open it.

3. Click the Tags tab.

4. Select the checkboxes that correspond with the tags you want to add in the Add Tags table. Click Add Tags. If you want to add all available tags, click Add All without selecting any of them.

Remove Tags from a Skill

1. Click Routing → Skills.

2. Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge from which you want to remove tags. Click the skill to open it.

3. Click the Tags tab.

4. Select the checkboxes that correspond with the tags you want to remove in the Assigned Tags table. Click Remove Tags. If you want to remove all assigned tags, click Remove All without selecting any of them.
