Required security profile permissions: Station Profiles Delete
Station profiles control the length of time that NICE inContact stays connected to the contact center agent's station between active contacts. When you delete a station profile, all associated stations will be reassigned to the station profile set at the business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx-level unless you assign them to a different station profile.

- Click a station profile to select it.
- Click Delete.
The system will not permit you to delete station profiles set at the business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx level.
