Activate/Deactivate a Team

Required security profile permissions: Teams Deactivate, Users Edit

You can deactivate a team you no longer want to use. You can also reactivate a team that was previously deactivated.

Activate a Team

  1. Click AdminUsersTeams.

  2. Locate the team you want to activate. Click the team to open it.

    If the team you want to activate does not appear in the table, set the Show drop-down in the upper right corner of the table to All.

  3. Click Activate.

Deactivate a Team

  1. Click AdminUsersTeams to display the list of teams.

  2. Locate the team you want to deactivate. Click the team to open it.

  3. If the team has active users assigned to it, remove those users from the team and assign them to a different team.
  4. In the Details tab, click Deactivate.
