Team Unavailable Codes Tab
Required security profile permissions: Teams View
You can add or remove unavailable codes from a team at any time. Users in a team have the selected unavailable codes available to them as unavailable agent states in Agent.
Columns
- ID
- The unique, numeric ID of the unavailable code assigned on creation.
- Name
- The unique, descriptive name of the unavailable code.
- After Contact Work
- Specifies whether the unavailable code is meant for after call work. Possible values are Yes or No.
Buttons
Assigned Unavailable Codes
- Remove from Team
- Removes the selected unavailable codes from the team.
- Remove All
- Removes all unavailable codes from the team.
Add Unavailable Code
- Add to Team
- Adds the selected unavailable codes to the team.
- Add All
- Adds all unavailable codes to the team.
