Copy a User

Required security profile permissions: Users Create

You can quickly create a new user with similar settings to another by copying an existing user and modifying only the fields you want.

  1. Click AdminUsersUsers.

  2. Use the page links in the body of the table, or the search feature at the top, to locate the user you want to copy and click anywhere in the row corresponding to that user.

  3. When the user Details tab opens, lick the Copy button.

  4. Modify the user details, properties, and skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge according to the instructions in Create/Edit a New Single User.
