Accept/Deny a Pending Rule Action

Required security profile permissions: Pending Rule Actions Edit

WFI rule actions can occur automatically when the rule conditions are met, or they can be pending until someone with the proper permissions manually approves or denies them.

1. Click Admin → Workforce Intelligence → Pending Rule Actions.

2. Click anywhere in the row containing the action you want to accept. A review form opens displaying information about the pending action (see preceding image). To close a section, click the up arrow. To re-open the section, click the down arrow.

3. (Optional): In the Review Comment field, enter comments about why you are approving or denying the action.
4. Click Accept to approve the rule action(s) and cause them to occur immediately, or Deny to prevent the rule action(s) from occurring.
