Pending Rule Actions Table
- Check Date
- Displays the data on which the rule was checked and the pending action was triggered.
- Rule Name
- Displays the name of the rule associated with the action.
- Agent Name
- Displays the name of the agent to whom the action will apply.
- Actions
- Displays the action(s) that are pending approval.
Pending Rule Actions Details
- Review Comment
- Allows you to enter an explanation (150 character maximum) for why you are approving or denying the action.
- Rule Check Information
- Displays the following information about the rule:
- Rule Name — The name of the rule that triggered the pending action(s)
- Agent Involved — The name of the agent who was involved in the triggering event for the action(s)
- Skill Involved — If applicable, the name of the skill which was involved in the triggering event for the action(s)
- Conditions
- Displays the rule condition(s) that were met, thereby triggering the action.
- Actions
- Displays information regarding which general action(s) were triggered and the specific way(s) in which the action(s) will take place.
- Additional Data
- Displays additional information about the triggered rules and actions. This information varies depending on the type of rule.
