- Open the Interaction Analytics Pro application.
- Type the unique ID associated with your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx in the Business Unit ID field. Type your NICE inContact username, which should be in the form of an email address, in the Username field. Type your password in the Password field. Click Log In.
