Required security profile permissions: inContact Interaction Analytics Pro View
If you have a need to view third party library information, Interaction Analytics Pro offers a list of third party libraries, including copyright information and licenses. The following instructions demonstrate how to view this list.
- Click the account link in the top right corner of the page. It should say your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx name and your user name.
- Click About.
- When you have finished viewing the third party library information, close the window by clicking X in the top right corner of the window.
