Add a Commitment

  1. Click New Commitment.

    • In the glance toolbar, click Schedule+).

    • In a call, click Commit.

    • In a chat, click LaunchNew Commitment.

  2. Type the contact's First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number. Select the Date and Time when the contact wants you to follow up. Schedule the commitment for you or for an available agent in a skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge. You can optionally enter some notes about the commitment.

  3. Click Save.
