Troubleshoot Issues with Your Device

  1. Click HelpTroubleshooting.
  2. Click the Devices tab.
  3. Follow the instructions in the application to test your microphone and speakers.

Troubleshoot Issues with Sound

  1. Click HelpTroubleshooting.
  2. Click the Audio tab.
  3. Place a call if you are not already on one. Green checkmarks indicate good audio quality on your calls. The details in the box may help an administrator identify a problem.

Send a Log to NICE inContact Support

  1. Click HelpTroubleshooting.
  2. Click the Support tab.
  3. Click and drag the indicator on the Log Level bar to set a verbosity level for your log.
  4. Click Send Log.
  5. In the Send Log Report window, type a description of the issue you are having in the text area.
  6. Click Send Log.
