Properties
- Scope
-
This property is a drop down list to select one of the following:
- Business Unit
- Campaign
- SkillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge
- Point of Contact
This selection determines the level that this value will be visible to other contacts. Only contacts that share the same Scope will be able to access the same data.
The option selected for the Scope must match the Scope in other actions (see PUTVALUE, GETVALUE) etc. Even when the names of the lists are the same, they will not be recognized if the Scope options do not match.
Branches
- Default
- The action automatically uses the Default branch.
Tips and Tricks
- To remove a specific value, use REMVALUE. For more information, see the PUTVALUE, GETVALUE, and REMVALUE actions.
- Scope is the only property that you can select for this action.
- All lists included in the Scope property will be cleared.
