Download and Install DB Connector

This task should be performed on the DB Connector server. Prior to performing this task, be sure your server meets the minimum requirements.

1. In Central, click Admin → Support → Software and Updates.
2. When the Software Update page appears, click Accept.
3. Click DBConnector.msi.
4. When the download window opens, click Save to save the file to your desktop.
5. After the download is complete, click Close.
6. Navigate to your desktop and find and double-click the DBConnector.msi icon.
7. Click Run to open the installation wizard.
8. Click Next.
9. Select the folder in which to save DB Connector.
10. Select the Just Me radio button.
11. Click Next.
12. On the Confirm Installation page, click Next to start the installation.
13. When the installation is finished, click Close.
14. To launch DB Connector, click Start → All Programs → inContact → DB Connector.
15. Enter your login credentials, which should be the same as those you use to log into Central.
