Launch Supervisor

You can run Supervisor and MAX at the same time; however, if you are in an available stateThe availability status of an agent. in Supervisor, you cannot simultaneously be in an available state in MAX if you want to use any telephony functions.

1. Hover over the left side of the screen to display menu options. Click Launch Supervisor.

   If you cannot see the Launch Supervisor icon, verify that your administrator has given you the correct permissions to do so.

2. To engage in agent calls, configure and connect your agent leg.

   Use the same browser to launch MAX and Supervisor. If you launch MAX and Supervisor in different browsers and attempt to perform any telephony functions from Supervisor, MAX launches in a second window in the same browser as Supervisor. MAX must be in an unavailable stateThe availability status of an agent. or the monitor, coach, barge, and takeover functions are unavailable.
