You will receive an activation email that includes a link to the login page. You must use the link to activate your account within 24 hours of receipt or the link will expire.
Activate Your Account

If this is your first time using the application, click the link in the activation email.

Click Activate your account.
- Type your email address, create and confirm a new password, and type the text in the Captcha box. Click Register.You can now log in to your account with your email address as the username and using your newly created password.
Log In
- In the Username field, type your email address.
- Check the Remember Me box to have the login page remember your username.
- Type your password and click Log in.
- If it is not already, set your status to Online.
- To begin interactions with customers, log in to Central and launch the MAX Agent.
