Conference a Call

Sometimes you might need to have another person help you handle a call. You can connect another person to your call using the conference feature.

1. In the Conversation tool, click the Hold button.

2. Click the New drop-down to place a new call to the person you want to add to your current call.

3. Type the number directly in the textbox and click the dial icon, click Dial Pad to dial the new call manually, or click Address Book to place a call using the address book.

4. Click the Conference button at the top of the Conversation tool.

You are connected to both calls, and all three of you can speak to each other. The call states of your two calls are Joined and their stateThe availability status of an agent. timers have reset.
