Dial a Call

If you need to place a call using the Agent dial pad, follow these steps.

  1. Set your stateThe availability status of an agent. to Available.

  2. Click the phone icon.

  3. Type, or use the dial pad to enter, the number you want to call in the text box. Click the dial pad icon and click the numbers manually.

  4. When you finish speaking with the contact, click the Hang Up button.

During the call, you might need to mute, hold, mask, record, conference, or transfer.
