Required security profile permissions: Address Book View
- ID
- The unique numeric ID assigned to the address book when it was created.
- Name
- The unique, descriptive name of the address book.
- Type
- Whether the address book is Standard—with contacts added manually via the wizard or uploading a spreadsheet—or Dynamic—with contacts automatically imported from a CRM using the APIs.
- Assignment
- Whether the address book is assigned to one or more Agents, Campaigns, Skills, Teams, or the business unit (Bus).
