The Add Web Service wizard provides a form that enables you to connect your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx with a web service and to configure the settings you want for that specific web service.
Details
- Name
- The unique name of the web service.
- Enforce Daily Limits
- When selected, applies the limits set by Published Limit in the Details tab.
- Daily Limit of Method Calls
- The maximum number of calls that can be made to the web service in a single day.
- # of Concurrent Method Calls
- The maximum number of calls that can be made to the web service at the same time.
- Billable
- When selected, indicates that the web service is billable.
- Partner
- Specifies that a partner GUID is required to use the web service. Your NICE inContact account manager must set up partners for you. If no partner is required, select No Partner.
Authentication
- Password
- The system-generated GUID required to run the web service.
- Reset Password
- Replaces the existing Password with a new system-generated GUID.
