Required security profile permissions: External Business Unit View
The Federated Identity tab, available in business unitsHigh-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your NICE inContact environment where the Federated Identity feature is enabled, allows you to configure federated identity for your business unit. Specifically, it enables you to upload the identity provider certificate.
If you do not have the federated identity feature enabled in your environment and want to have it, contact your NICE inContact account manager.
