Delete Call Suppression Records

If you no longer want to suppress calls or messages to a record, and you do not anticipate that suppressing calls or messages to that record for the same reason will be a recurring event, you should remove the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. record from your system. Otherwise, you can simply modify a call suppression record and change its end date and time to stop suppression but keep the record for future use.

1. Click Personal Connection → Lists → Call Suppression.

2. Locate the call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. records you want to delete. Select the checkboxes in the rows corresponding with the call suppression records you want to delete. Click Delete.

   If you want to delete all the visible call suppression records, click the checkbox at the top of the table. It selects all visible rows in the table. You can then clear any call suppression records you do not want to delete.
