Activate/Deactivate a Do Not Call Group

Required security profile permissions: Do Not Call List Edit

When you deactivate a do not call (DNC) group, you must first remove all skills assigned in the Scrubbed and Contributing tabs. Once a DNC group is inactive, you no longer have the ability to add skills in these two tabs. The group no longer appears in other interface and the system automatically cleans up records from the active database that expired more than seven days ago; however, they remain in the data warehouse for historical reporting.

When you activate a previously deactivated do not call group, you can resume using it, but you must add skills to Scrubbed and Contributing.
