When you create a new DNC group, you must give it a unique name. You can also add information about the group if you want.
- DNC Group Name
- The name of the group of skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge that share the same DNC lists.
- Description
- A description of the group. This might include information about the skills included in the group.
