Required security profile permissions: Do Not Call List Create
To upload a do not call (DNC) list, you must first create a do not call group that includes the skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to which the DNC list applies. Your group can contain a skill, a set of skills, or the entire business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx.

Click Personal Connection → Lists → DNC.

Click Create New.

Give the group a DNC Group Name and, if you want, a Description.

Click Save.
- Add Skills to a Do Not Call Group.
