Required security profile permissions: Do Not Call List Edit
When you add a new do not call (DNC) list to a DNC group, you must either upload a new file or select a file that already exists on the system.
- Consolidate Groups
- When selected, removes duplicate records from other DNC groups. Other instances of the phone numbers on calling lists within the same group still exist; Consolidate Groups merely ensures that the records in the list belong to this group. When unselected, instances of the phone number in DNC lists in other groups continue to exist.
- Upload New
- Specifies that you want to upload a new DNC list from your hard drive.
- Select Existing
- Specifies that you want to use a DNC list that you have already uploaded.
- Select File
- If you chose Upload New, selects the new DNC list you want to upload. Click Choose File to browse your hard drive for the file containing the list.
- If you chose Select Existing, selects the file from existing files. Click Browse to choose from a list of all DNC lists previously uploaded to the platform.
