Configure Custom Fields to Appear in Screen Pops
Required security profile permissions: Calling List Create and Skills Edit
- If you have not already done so, create the custom fields you want to appear in screen pops.

Click Routing → Skills.

Locate the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge for which you want to display custom fields. Click it to open it.

Click the Parameters tab. Locate the List Management parameters and click Edit or Configure.

Use the drop-down to select the custom field you want to display for Display Field 1. If you want to configure a second custom field, select another field for Display Field 2.

Click Done.
