Quick Reply Skills Tab
Required security profile permissions: Quick Replies View
The Assigned Skills section lists all skills that can currently access the quick reply. The Add Skills section lists all skills that could potentially access the quick reply but currently cannot. Note that only chat and email skills appear in these tables because only those types of skills can use quick replies.
Columns
- ID
- The unique, system-generated numeric ID associated with the skill.
- Name
- The unique name of the skill.
- Media Type
- Whether the skill is an email skill (
) or a chat skill (
).
Buttons
Assigned Skills
- Remove Skills
- Removes the selected skills from access to the quick reply.
- Remove All
- Removes all skills from access to the quick reply.
Add Skills
- Add Skills
- Adds the selected skills to access to the quick reply.
- Add All
- Adds all skills to access to the quick reply.
