You may need to temporarily suppress calls to certain contacts for reasons other than a do-not-call request. You can set up a call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. script to search the record for certain criteria before determining whether to dial or suppress the call.

Create New Script

Script Name
The unique, descriptive name of the new call suppressionTemporarily skips a contact when using the outbound dialer. script.
Field Name
The title of the column from the calling list that you want to use for call suppression. For example, if you uploaded a calling list with the column PhoneNumber, you can type PhoneNumber in Field Name to provide the ability to suppress calls to specific phone numbers. You could also map it to the name of the column mapped to the Zip field and suppress calls to people in a certain zip code.
