Create a Station Profile

Required security profile permissions: Station Profiles Create

Station profiles control the length of time that NICE inContact stays connected to the contact center agent's station between active contacts.

1. Click Admin → Users → Station Profiles.
2. Click Create New.
3. Enter a value for the Profile Name.
4. Enter a value for Station Timeout.
5. Click Create Station Profile.
