Required security profile permissions: Station Profiles Edit
Station profiles control the length of time that NICE inContact stays connected to the contact center agent's station between active contacts.
Information Fields
- Profile ID
- Displays the system-generated identifier assigned to this station profile.
- Profile Name
- Displays the unique, descriptive name of the station profile.
- Station Timeout
- Displays the length of time, in seconds, for which a station with this profile will remain connected to the system when no activity is taking place. For example, if you want the connection to timeout after five minutes, then enter 300 (5x60 seconds =300 seconds). This value must be set to at least one second.
