Add/Remove Skills to/from a Tag

Add Skills to a Tag

1. Click Routing → Tags.

2. Locate the tag you want to modify. Click the tag to open it.

3. Click the Skills tab.

4. In the Add Skills table, select the skills you want to add to the tag, and then click Add Skills. To quickly add all skills to the tag, click Add All.

Remove Skills from a Tag

1. Click Routing → Tags.

2. Locate the tag you want to modify. Click the tag to open it.

3. Click the Skills tab.
4. In the Assigned Skills table, select the skills you want to remove from the tag, and then click Remove Skills. To quickly remove all skills currently assigned to the tag, click Remove All.
