Inbound Email Workspace

Inbox
Sorts your email messages into three folders: Outbound, Working, and Parked. The Outbound folder contains email messages you have sent; the Working folder, email messages you are currently handling; and the Parked folder, email messages you have set aside to handle later. If your administrator has not enabled parking for any of your email skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge, you will not be able to place email messages in the Parked folder.
You can sort your inbox by selecting a sorting method from the drop-down and search your inbox by typing keywords or phrases in the Search box.

Opens the quick reply pane where you can select a pre-written quick response to inject into the email message.
Reply
Opens the outbound email text editor to allow you to write a response to the sender of the email message.
Reply All
Opens the outbound email text editor to allow you to write a response to the sender of the email message and everyone else who received the last email message.
Forward
Opens the email text editor to allow you to forward the email message to other people.
Park Email
Moves the email message to the Parked folder in your inbox so you can handle the email message at a later time. This feature must be enabled in your email skill by your administrator, so it may not be available.
Transfer
Opens the address book so you can transfer the email message to another agent, team, or skill.
Requeue
Returns the email message to the skill queue so another agent can handle it.
Launch
Contains the New Commitment button and custom links configured by your administrator, if any.
End Email
Deletes the email message from the system. You must confirm the decision to delete the email message.
