ADDTODNC

Supports instances when a customer tells an agent that he would like his number removed from the calling list, so the agent can indicate the client's request in her script and append the customer's number to the customer DNC list.

ADDTODNC is for use with Sytel only. DNCADDVIASKILL and DNCADDVIAGROUP are for Personal Connection.

Adds the specified number to the DNC list for the default skill, which is the skill the script is running under when it hits this action. The system selects this option as the default option when you first add the action to your script.
